How to delete your account.

Delete in the iOS app

Open ThrottleHub on iOS and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings, Account Details, then choose Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion prompt. You do not need to call or email support to initiate account deletion from the app.

Account deletion disables the account, removes the usable password, removes email verification records, clears profile personal details, disables biometric login state, and signs the device out.
Active hosted rides are cancelled, pending invitations are revoked, pending join requests involving the account are cancelled, and push notification devices are deactivated.
Authentication tokens are revoked where supported so the deleted account cannot continue using API sessions.

Some historical ride, invitation, join-request, message, support, audit, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or safety records may be retained or anonymized when needed to protect other riders, preserve shared ride history, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.
Deleted account identity is replaced with a deleted-user placeholder for retained records.
