Terms of Service
The rules for using ThrottleHub.
Last updated June 6, 2026Use of ThrottleHub
- ThrottleHub helps riders create profiles, plan rides, discover public rides, coordinate with other riders, send invitations, request to join rides, and exchange ride-related messages.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use ThrottleHub, and you may use it only if you can legally use motorcycle-related community and route-planning services in your location.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy, legality, and safety of the rides, messages, images, profile details, and other content you submit.
Safety and rider responsibility
- Ride information, maps, routes, estimated times, and community content are planning tools only. They are not a guarantee of road conditions, legality, traffic, weather, route safety, rider skill, or emergency response.
- Always follow applicable traffic laws, licensing, insurance, helmet, equipment, vehicle, group ride, land-use, and safety requirements.
- You are responsible for deciding whether a ride, route, rider, meeting point, or activity is safe and appropriate for you.
Community rules
- By using ThrottleHub you agree to these terms as your end-user license agreement, and you accept that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
- Do not post unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, misleading, unsafe, sexually explicit, spam, or impersonating content.
- Do not misuse invites, messages, profiles, ride posts, images, or support flows to spam, harass, defraud, scrape, stalk, or target other riders.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or content that violates another person privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or safety rights.
- ThrottleHub has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive riders. You can report a rider profile or chat message and block riders directly in the app, and you can manage blocked riders in Settings, Account Details, Blocked Riders.
- We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and act on them, typically within 24 hours, by removing content and ejecting riders who violate these rules.
- ThrottleHub may remove content, limit features, suspend access, deactivate accounts, or preserve information when needed for safety, support, legal, security, or service-integrity reasons.
Your content and account
- You keep ownership of content you submit, but you allow ThrottleHub to host, display, process, transmit, and use that content to operate and improve the service.
- You can update your profile and many ride details in the app. Some shared ride, invitation, join-request, message, moderation, security, or support records may remain visible, retained, or anonymized after account deletion when needed for other riders or legal obligations.
- If you delete your account, your login credentials and personal profile data are removed from active use and active hosted rides may be cancelled.
Service changes and availability
- ThrottleHub may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
- The service is provided as available and may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, third-party service outages, or operational problems.
- Support can help with account, privacy, safety, or technical issues, but urgent safety or legal issues should be handled through appropriate emergency or legal channels first.
Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the ThrottleHub operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
- If a dispute arises, contact ThrottleHub support first so we can try to resolve it directly before pursuing other remedies.
